Minimum two years in a professional, office environment; customer-service/help desk experience preferred

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and in-person inquiries

Service existing accounts in a timely and effective manner

Thoroughly and efficiently gather client information, access and fulfill client needs, document client interactions

Provide quality service and support in all client facing interactions

Perform clerical duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Comfort with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, Data Entry

Ability to learn and be comfortable with web interfaces and agency management systems
Job Type: minimum 20 hours/week, with a possible move to more hours/full time
