Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Requirements

  • A commitment to delivering superior customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing

  • Must enjoy client interaction

  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and an ability to multi-task

  • Must possess a pleasant, patient and friendly demeanor

  • Must display high level organizational skills and impeccable record-keeping

  • Minimum two years in a professional, office environment; customer-service/help desk experience preferred

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule a plus

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and in-person inquiries

  • Service existing accounts in a timely and effective manner

  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather client information, access and fulfill client needs, document client interactions

  • Provide quality service and support in all client facing interactions

  • Perform clerical duties as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Comfort with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, Data Entry

  • Ability to learn and be comfortable with web interfaces and agency management systems

 

Job Type: minimum 20 hours/week, with a possible move to more hours/full time
